service providers to reflect the needs of the client and the project works. We then investigate and advise the client on appropriate methods of
contracting and selection of the right contractor for the works.
We establish and monitor programming of the works to achieve the client's objectives,
monitoring and controlling the progress of the works throughout the duration of the project from inception to completion.
