issue and analyze all tender offers, appraising and advising the client before preparing contracts and ancillary documentation.
BCS is responsible for cost
controlling and accurate financial reporting, advising the client of the financial implications of subsequent changes to the scope of works. We also inspect,
check and agree the contractor's final account.
